Return Policy:
(1) All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of pickup or delivery in original boxes.
(2) Cabinets that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
(3) Cabinets assembled by Terrawood Cabinetry are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Damaged or installed products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
(4) Our warranty only covers defects in materials and does not cover damages caused by accidents, improper installation, improper handling/transportation.
(5) If cabinets come damaged, customers need to take pictures of the damaged cabinets and the SKUs located on the boxes right after opening them and email the pictures to terrawoodcabinetry@gmail.com. (***note:Customers won’t be eligible for free replacements if damages are reported after assembly / installation)
(6) Cabinet lines with painted surfaces may show minor fractures in the paint at joints, and this is normal and is not considered a defect.
(7) Missing items must be reported before signing the packing slips. Terrawood Cabinetry is not responsible for any missing items after customers sign the packing slips.
